Services
I have a specific procedures (more about this in the FAQ section) when I start working on projects, whether for personal reasons or working with an individual or group. To my clients, I have a reputation of responding quickly, note taking, being creative and detailed, giving them my undivided attention, being passionate about what I do, setting realistic goals, being more than happy to answer questions and if necessary, provide demonstrations or further assistance through people I am affiliated with. I may also hand them a copy of my resume or CV, and portfolio for quick reference.
While working on projects, I first establish what I can do, and what I cannot do with the client. Below is what I will be able to accomplish for particular project:
What I CAN Do…
• Website/Social Media Set-up and management
• Social media set-up/management
• Promotion across web platforms
What I CANNOT Do…
• Graphic design and some advanced coding (depends on complexity of the website)
• Video/Audio creation and production (only set-up)
• eCommerce websites
Even though there are several things I cannot do professionally, I try to work on another idea or find another solution to bring forth the idea, if it is possible. After that discussion is had, we decide if want to continue further with the project. If a budget is involved, pricing will be discussed also. Once everything is set in motion, we began the web development process.
